任职资格

  • Education minimum SPM (passed)
  • No experience is required, training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcomed to apply.
  • Having sales experience is added as an advantage.
  • 5 days of working, 2 days off (rotational basis)
  • Accessible to public transport

岗位职责

  • To perform Client's Company products and attend to subscriber’s applications and sales enquiries.
  • To formulate response and resolutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • To provide excellent assistance and problem-solving to customers beyond their expectation.
  • Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Answer and respond to incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.
