Product/Sales Specialist for a wide variety of Dental Products - ranging from dental Implants, Aligners to digital dental hardware in the CAD/CAM workflow for labs and clinics that include scanners, 3D printers, milling machines and a variety of CAD applications. We are looking for applicants that we can ultimately promote (Sooner rather than later) - thus all applicants should be self driven, ultra motivated and hard working - as otherwise any benefits you reap at this company will be limited and your tenure short. There is no pay scale limit or job growth ceiling or any other traditional limitations you will find at many other companies. However - such limitless upsides and opportunities can only be unlocked by applicants as a result of their work ethic. We provide the education, tools and resources and guidance for a successful applicant to progress quickly and fast up the earnings and responsibility or corporate ladder - but applicants will have to earn IT.
- English fluency is a must. Additionally - applicants should be able converse in BM. Any additional language skills are a bonus and will help in individual applicant success in the job.
- You must have your own transportation - as the job will be difficult to impossible without transportation.
- Successful applicant(s) will likely be fresh grads or around 25 --- as we are keen on growing and retaining any successful applicant for longer term opportunities and career growth within our company as we scale. However, applicants in any bracket are encouraged to apply if you feel you will be a good fit.
- Applicants must be team players - there is no “i” in team. If you are not a team player - your tenure will be short.
- Self motivated - and accordingly self-driven. You must not be a person that needs to be given continual instructions in order to function and perform at your job, because you are also goal orientated and always pushing to fulfil those goals.
- Product consultants will be accountable to their supervisor and management team; as such - being highly organised or detail oriented is a useful skill set.

- Excellent people skills - as this job is absolutely about dealing with different types of people and characters, and being able to get along with all types to achieve sales.
- Applicant must be digitally competent - as we are a digital company utilising productivity apps and products that require working knowledge of the digital world.
岗位职责
- Travel to different neighbourhood & suburbs for canvassing purposes with the goal of selling products appointed by management. That canvassing, can be done via appointment only or by running through sheer volume.
- Set up and demonstrate products and describe how customers can maximise product features. Provide a product presentation if necessary or requested.
- Contribute to good customer communication by delivering any leaflets or other promotional items as required.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and submit them to the team leader.
- Adhere to regular cash collection schedules for the management of debts, collecting cash or cheques in a polite manner from weekly, fortnightly and monthly paying customers.
- Ensure all relevant sales and other Company documentation is meticulously maintained and is always returned to relevant individuals/departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
- Research accounts and generate new leads & follow through sales leads provided.
- Always communicate with management for latest updates and new leads.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Develop and create your own prospect lists or lead lists and any additional configurations as directed by management.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with fellow colleagues.
- Work an assigned territory, with a minimum visit count of ************* clients per day.
- Proactively seek to identify and obtain new customers via successfully meeting all sales targets.
- Assist with installations or training of products.
- Suggest appropriate professional sales and services to customers based assessment of client needs.
- Successfully and politely resolve customer complaints, with a view to maintaining good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Retain accountability for the items provided to you by protecting the integrity; traceability; and the safety & quality of products.
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Assisting in planning & preparation of industry events, training, workshops and others company needs.
- Swiftly report any incidents which may concern the Company to the management.
- Maintain a smart appearance and polite manner, viewing yourself as a representative of our Company at all times.
- Always travel with a safety first approach, maintain your vehicle regularly, ensuring that fuel, water and oil are kept at appropriate levels and reporting any vehicle faults or incidents immediately to the management.
- Maintain all company equipment and clothing issued to you for the performance of your duties to a high standard, reporting any defects immediately.
