任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills, working attitude, willing to learn & self-disciplined.
- Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work in Sri Petaling.
岗位职责
Company Background
We are representing one of our clients in the Healthcare Industry to source for potential candidate to fill in the role as Admin Assistant cum Customer Service (based in Sri Petaling)
Responsibilities
- To handle daily sales order and sort out related reports / documents.
- Take down meeting minutes for all relevant meetings.
- Follow up issues raised during meetings, make sure all actions taken by related parties.
- Answering and replying phone calls and messages.
- Maintain good quality in work accuracy, integrity and punctuality at work..
- Assist in ad-hoc & general administration tasks assigned by superior.
