Recognised university degree and / or relevant professional qualification in accounting, finance or equivalent
Preferably a member of a professional accountancy body
Minimum 2 years of related working experience
Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and formidable leadership qualities
Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
岗位职责
To manage audits of small and medium sized companies of various industries assigned by audit manager.
To liaise with audit manager, managing partner and client as and when necessary to report on audit work status, progress, critical issues and communicate important clients’ matters.
To document and compile audit work papers and obtain sufficient audit evidence to support engagement partner's sign-off of the client's financial statements.
To manage and coach junior audit staff members on engagement teams and review their work
To apply solid understanding of audit standards, policies and local regulations to
provide timely audit assurance.
To supervise and participate in investigations and enquiries assigned to the audit team
To monitoring the implementation of agreed action plan resulting from completed audits
Ro prepare written report for Management and Audit Committees that clearly and accurately explain the audit finding, their cause and impact on the defined objectives
Managed client portfolio assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship
Willing to actively play a part in promoting the firm’s growth and culture
