This role is a specialist responsible for increasing a company's productivity by conveying new skills and knowledge to our Technical Service Team (Natural Doctor) or internal employees (whenever applicable) via appropriate training models to achieve company goals while complying to procedures.
Conceptualize and create training materials based on training needs, data and research.
Implement and conduct training to multiple levels of organization members and help learners meet specified performance expectations.
Coaches participants back on the job, ensuring learning translates into performance.
Maintain database of all training materials
Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for training courses when needed.
Conduct post-training surveys and analyse evaluation.
Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, budget, and equipment.
Consult with other trainers and managers to determine best methods to aid in the support of participant skill strength, gap identification and development.
