任职资格
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma
- Great communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Positive and driven work attitude
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work as a team member in a team environment
岗位职责
Responsibility
- Communicate sales as per weekly target
- Convince retailer to purchase as per weekly target
- Take order a via system / capture in template
- Communicate potential rebates if there are any and potential balance to purchase to achieve targets
- Call time should be 6 mins per call
- Call agent should have high capability
- To achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Convince retailer to purchase as per target
- To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- ECS have consistently achieved excellent results in all reviews/tests
- Ensure to have a professional command of the respective language(s)
- To Ensure all Service Support interactions including Customer details are updated onto the SciCRM and Client RM
- Operational hours - Monday to Sunday 10am to 9pm - Rotational shifts
