岗位职责
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Monitor documents dispatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Required to be fully conversant with import and export laws and regulations
- Involved in attending meetings with Customs Officials in the application of duty refunds and tariff reclassification
- Liaising with Customers.
- Involves the preparation of Customs documentation
