任职资格
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (a professional accounting qualification and audit experience from previous job is a plus).
- Several years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements for local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and attention to detail and accuracy
岗位职责
- Working Hours : 9:00AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )
- Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
- Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Optimize working capital by monitoring and controlling receivables and payables
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's performance.
- Make recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and local listing regulations.
- Assisting superior to oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, adhering to accounting principles and local regulations.
