任职资格
- Proven 1-3 years of experience in operation management, preferably in similar industry.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin. Mandarin reading is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail, adapt changes and have passion for continuous process improvement.
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support on any request as needed.
- Ability to comprehend systematic logical flows.
岗位职责
- Travel tour operating from go ahead till tour finish.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Using the company system and following the guidelines to put all service orders in place.
- Well budget management and Conduct negotiation and communication with relevant parties.
- Follow up the request and amendment to deliver result across multiple time zones.
- Draft invoice, invoice issuance & check final costing sheets.
- To ensure productivity for tour handling and control the ratio of mistakes to cause financial impact.
- Facilitate in the coordination of tasks and communication with each corporate party (Network office, service venders).
- To monitor and ensure all confirmation can be delivered to our customer on time.
- Follow up tour report / complaint handling.
- Update tour situation to sales office according to tour report.
- Follow up complaint and input tour report for further investigation.
- To record all the cases into Quality Control Logbook for statistics and review.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional department.
- Implement effective solutions and suggestions to clients for pending matter and unexpected situations.
