任职资格
- Degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics or related discipline. Certificate in Investors Relations preferred.
- 2-5 years relevant experience preferably
- Experience in financial analysis or investor relations will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, and Ms Word
- Proficient spoken and written English, have good communication and writing skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills - able to deal with people from all level
- Possess strong analytical skills and have good understanding of financials
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail, able to maintain high quality and integrity of information
- Proactive team player, able to function with minimum supervision / work under tight deadlines
岗位职责
- Establish formal investor communication for results announcements.
- Prepare analyst briefing materials (financial / strategy updates, investment story, etc)
- Provide communication materials in line with market practices
- Prepare press release/ staff communication content.
- Supporting capital markets activities, including equity offerings, debt issuances, and investor roadshows, and assisting in the development of investor targeting and outreach strategies.
- Assist with briefing proceedings and results release to Bursa Support effective interactions with the investor/ analyst community.
- Prepare financial analysis to gain business insights.
- Preparation of annual report
- Assist with IR activities during results cycle (meetings/ roadshows)
- Assist to prepare responses to investors’ enquiries in timely manner.
- Organize AGM/EGM
- Prepare presentation materials and compile Q&A materials for Annual General Meeting Gather market feedback to proactively manage market expectations.
- Review analysts’ coverage reports to gather reactions, compile comments.
- Monitor major shareholding levels and provide other market indicators.
- Provide support for FTSE4Good ESG Index assessment.
- Integrated Reporting implementation and Sustainability initiatives Support engagement with the rating agency on rating matters.
- Provide support for rating review.
- Review rating rationale and rating announcements Industry research and peers’ benchmarking.
- Review benchmarking reports for analysis purposes.
- Monitor industry trends and research into peers’ activities- Corporate exercise, sustainability and ad-hoc projects.
- Assist with due diligence exercise, regulatory submissions, etc
- Corporate exercises / ad-hoc assignments / projects
- Sustainability / ESG initiatives
