任职资格
- At least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- At least two (2) years working experience in the same capacity.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Pleasant personality, highly committed and possess good initiative and working attitude.
- Be responsible for compliance of all processes and procedures and completion of all routine or ad-hoc operational tasks.
- Excellent Knowledge in various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, is an added advantages.
岗位职责
- Report to Restaurant Manager.
- To handle compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, employee development, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and succession planning, annual compensation and benefits review process, attend to corporate request and new projects.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview and selection process.
- Monitor employee’s discipline and misconduct issues.
- Prepare payroll and resolve payroll related issues depend on individual employee situations.
- Propose, arrange, monitor the training program and maintain the individual employee’s training record.
- Liaison with government statutory bodies eg. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Labour Office etc.
- Prepare and manage all periodical and ad-hoc HR reports as required by the Management.
- Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in firm’s Quality Management System and shall:
- ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001
- ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
- report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;
- ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
- ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
- Any ad-hoc tasks and other responsibilities as instructed by superior and/or Management as and when required.
