任职资格
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English,optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Possess theoretical knowledge and practical experience in education and teaching, familiar with the primary school curriculum and textbooks, and understand the development trends of primary school Mandarin education.
- Have a solid foundation in Mandarin language knowledge, able to accurately teach basic skills such as Mandarin character writing, grammar, and reading comprehension.
- Have good organizational and communication skills in teaching, able to effectively stimulate students' interest in learning, and guide students to actively participate in classroom activities.
- Possess a strong sense of professionalism and dedication, with a spirit of teamwork and responsibility, able to cooperate closely with the school and parents, and jointly care for the growth and development of students.
- Have good professional ethics and conduct, able to lead by example and be a role model and mentor for students.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
岗位职责
- Primary school teachers teach a range of subjects at the primary education level.
- Tasks include –
- Preparing daily and longer term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines;
- Instructing children individually and in groups, using various teaching methods and materials (e.g. computers, books, games), adapting to children’s varying needs;
- Maintaining discipline and good working habits in the classroom;
- Planning and conducting activities with the children such as sporting activities, concerts and excursions;
- Assigning and grading class work and homework;
- Preparing, administering and grading tests and assignments to evaluate children’s progress;
- Observing and evaluating children’s performance and behaviour;
- Supervising children during classes and at other times in the school day, including the playg time during breaks;
- Participating in staff meetings and other sessions, and conferring with other teachers concerning educational issues;
- Preparing for and attending parent meetings to discuss children’s progress and problems.
