Head / Senior Manager, Business Development
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development personnel to help us expand our horizon. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business/sales strategy. You are expected to lead a team and to train your team.

Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a business development personnel or a relevant role.
- Experience in leading a team and/or agencies is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in relevant field
- Proven sales track record.
- Communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and RM software
- Proficiency in multilingual (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia). Mandarin dialect is a plus.
- Knowledge in investment or credit analysis is a plus.
岗位职责
- Develop a business development growth strategy (Business Development Plan) focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, inline and in-sync with the corporate objective
- Full accountability for the company’s business development plan
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products or services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Lead, present, negotiate and close deals
- Prepare contracts and agreements ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy written feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers professionally
- Develop and train staff into valuable business personnels for the company
