任职资格
- Applicants with no prior experience in customer service or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply !!!
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (read, speak and type)
- Have no issue with working in a 24hrs rotational shift basis, 9 hours per day including of 1 hour break time
- Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational off day, including Public Holiday and weekends.
- Candidate are willing to work based in Nusajaya, Johor Bharu.
- Able to join on the following date: 1st April 2024
岗位职责
- Handle all inbound calls, email or livechat in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customers with professional manner to maintain customer’s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
