任职资格
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience front line, servicing customers/ guests service industry for retail.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written).
- Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warn personality and pleasant looking.
- Willing to work on shift hours.
岗位职责
- To service visitors with courtesy and as necessary; guide them to their intended locations.
- To attend both visitors & tenants complaints and refer to Supervisor / Executive on duty in necessary.
- To act as personalized mall guide as required or as instructed by Superiors.
- To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counters and equipment e.g. wheel chairs, display of brochures at every service counter.
