We are seeking a visionary AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and product vision. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, understanding market needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for experience in AI or technology-based products.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and driving projects to completion.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the vision and strategy for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Translate insights into product features and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to bring AI products from concept to launch. Ensure alignment across teams and effective communication of product objectives and priorities.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision. Prioritize features and tasks based on business impact and customer value.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- AI Ethics and Compliance: Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards. Promote transparency and fairness in AI applications.
