任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok), email marketing, content creation and Google SEO.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in marketing analytic tools and basic design software.
岗位职责
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the aesthetic clinic’s services and products.
- Manage the clinic’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok), creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build brand awareness.
- Design and create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, as well as visual content and copy for social medial posts, ensuring they align with the company’s brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitors’ strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Liaise with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and media partners, to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the aesthetic andhealthcare marketing industry.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by upper management whenever needed.
