任职资格
- Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin (this is actually the only requirement because half of our guests come from China and the other half from around the world)
- Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) and SPM leavers are encourage to apply. Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- 6 days work week and 1 off day (Mon-Thurs) (this is actually because weekends and public holidays are busy for us).
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Know the difference between working in hospital and hospitality.
- Common sense, can walk straight with two eyes and two legs.
岗位职责
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms.
- Photo and video editing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging social media campaigns.
- Developing new social media strategies for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, XHS etc.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Engaging potential guest and assisting guest enquiries (online or offline).
