任职资格
- Highly proficient in both English & Mandarin & Cantonese (Plus Point)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours rotational shift (Including 80% midnight shift, 20% day/afternoon shift）
- Working schedule: 5 days/week on a rotational shift basis
- Possess a strong WIFI connection, and personal working space for the role
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Possess a good communication skills.
- Intake Date: March 2024 (Cantonese speakers will be entitled for joining bonus RM 5000)
岗位职责
JOB OVERVIEW
- The main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese- speaking persons.
- This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
- Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.
