任职资格
- Min. education requirement: Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Effective time management & ability to multitask.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
岗位职责
As our Account Executive Cum Admin, your job responsibilities are as such but not limited to;
- Handle a full set of accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
- Submit management report as per dateline.
- Update monthly ageing report.
- Update daily income sales & performance.
- Assist superior when required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
- Handle day-to-day operations of accounting records & filling
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
