任职资格
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment at the HRA department.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate.
岗位职责
- Assist in handling factory payroll that is time attendance.
- Assist in handling GMP Program, Permit, licenses, and Insurance.
- Assist in handling security matters.
- Assist in implementing, maintaining, and updating of food safety management system and environmental management system as required.
- Liaise with suppliers when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- To liaise with the relevant Government office.
- To liaise with relevant authorities on the Employment Act/Industrial Accident/Insurance Claims.
