任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent
- Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support
- Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and delivering a solution from our vendors
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, any ERP software and accounting software. Fundamental knowledge in LAN, WAN, Security & CCTV.
- Required Language(s): English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
- Applicants must be willing to travel & work in Wisma KL, Desa Sri Hartamas
岗位职责
- Responsible for the IT projects in the company.
- Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Supervise projects activities.
- Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Manage expectations, control and track project performance.
- Reporting project status on a weekly basis to stakeholders and the project team.
- Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.
- Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
