任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Human Resource or administrative roles is a plus.
- Languages required: Mandarin and English.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to APPLY.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
岗位职责
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule 3 -5 interviews per week.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and maintaining accurate job postings.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and orientation materials.
- Maintain Human Resource databases and employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform office administration tasks as required.
