任职资格
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, ESPECIALLY IN MANDARIN!
岗位职责
- Teach according to the latest primary education syllabus.
- Preparing lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines;
- Instructing children individually and in groups, using various teaching methods and materials adapting to children’s varying needs;
- Maintaining discipline and good working habits in the classroom;
- Planning and conducting activities with the children such as sporting activities, concerts and excursions during school holidays;
- Guiding and checking student’s homework;
- Evaluate children’s progress and conduct parent-teacher meeting;
- Participating in staff meetings and conferring with other teachers concerning educational issues.
