任职资格
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Have knowledge of applicable digital learning in class.
岗位职责
Tasks include –
- Facilitating the development of young learners' language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Promoting language development through storytelling, role play, songs, rhymes, and informal conversations and discussions.
- Observing and identifying factors that may impede students' progress and providing personalized solutions to related problems.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment for young learners.
