任职资格
- Have sales experience
- Familiar to use microsoft word, excel, ppt
- Good communicate skills Fresh grad are welcome to apply

岗位职责
- Define Recruitment Needs: Understand the specific recruitment needs for the job, including responsibilities, skill requirements, and the expected level of experience.
- Post Job Advertisement: Publish a job advertisement on recruitment websites, social media, or the company website.
- Resume Screening: After receiving applicants' resumes, carefully screen them to determine if they meet the job requirements.
- Interview Candidates: Invite qualified candidates for interviews. Interviews provide an opportunity to assess their skills, experience, and cultural IT.
- Reference Checks: Before finalizing the selection of a candidate, conduct reference checks to understand their performance in previous roles.
- Offer Employment: After selecting a suitable candidate, extend a job offer, and negotiate salary and other details.
- Onboarding: Assist the new employee in a smooth onboarding process.
