任职资格
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
- At least five years of corporate accounting experience.
- Demonstrated personal integrity and confidentiality.
- In-depth understanding of accounting and corporate financial principles and procedures.
- Practical experience in auditing and international accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software platforms.
- Natural enthusiasm for mathematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Holders of Certified Public Accountant ( PA) licenses are preferred.
岗位职责
- Regularly and on-demand collect and prepare various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, revenue forecasts, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Research accounting issues to ensure compliance, ensure the integrity of accounting information, and establish quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Handle accounts payable (AP), including verifying payment documents, updating debt balances, and processing payments.
- Review and reconcile general ledger, thoroughly investigate any variances, and effectively resolve them.
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial entries.
- Manage administrative staff within the department and transfer accounting/reporting knowledge to other departments.
