任职资格
- Bachelor's degree or dicipline in relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of Takaful principles and Islamic finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using relevant computer software and applications.
- Valid insurance agent license in accordance with local regulations (if applicable).
岗位职责
- Promote and sell Takaful insurance products to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Takaful products and their benefits.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing suitable Takaful solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure that all insurance transactions and interactions strictly adhere to Islamic principles and Shariah guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Islamic finance principles and their application in insurance products.
- Accurately complete and maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation related to insurance applications, claims, and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements.
