任职资格
- Possess Secondary level education with preferably 1 year experience in relavant field.
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holiday
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of team across multicultural environment
- Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethnic teams and commence immediate employment or within short notice will be advantage
岗位职责
- Provide information regarding course, play time and other golf-related issues.
- Act as an information center for golfers
- Verify that all revenues have been properly recorded by inspecting receipts for all players before they depart to course, practice tee or range
- Determine and track rate of course play
- Maintain clean and orderly appearance of starter's area/booth at all times
- Arranges players in proper starting order, assign appropriate tees, ensure prompt tee off and maintain the flow of golfers
- Verification of caddies
- Ensure caddies have the necessary tools (sand bottles, spare tees, markers, pencils, scorecard for players) before round.
- Supply players with score cards, pencils and rules of play
- Advise players and caddies of golf course conditions.
- Record and report all complaints to Assistant Golf Operations Manager
- Ad-hoc duties
