任职资格
We are an International Company looking for candidates:
- Job Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Required Skill(s): Develop and maintain a filing system, Handling stocks, Handling courier services and parcel, Data Entry, Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- English and Mandarin Speakers.
岗位职责
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Prepare financial documents such invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
