任职资格
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years' accounting or 3 years audit experience (optional).
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
岗位职责
- Manage local debtors, credit approval, and customer code setup.
- Handle USD Receipts, CTOS checks, and oversee intercompany transactions.
- Monitor payments from local carriers/vendors and coordinate invoicing.
- Key in vendor invoices, process non-trade payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Manage AR receipts, and handle invoice postings.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with Accounts Manager.
- Perform bank reconciliations, AP reconciliations, and vendor settlements.
- Analyze sales performance reports, prepare journal entries, and generate financial reports.
- Monitor AR collections, handle bad debts/legal case follow-up.
