- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- Prefer junior executive specialized in digital marketing/marketing or equivalent with 1 year relevant working experience.
- Required skills: digital campaign audience targeting, copywriting, social media management, editorial.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia as secondary.
- Knowledge in using digital ads tools &social media analytics tools.
- Savvy on major social media platform and possess high level of creative thinking.
- Proactive, possess a high level of responsibility and able to work well under minimal supervision.
- Good attention to details and positive working attitude with excellent communication skill.
- Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
- Demonstration of published work is required.
岗位职责
- Responsible for the development and management of an effective media buying on various channels.
- Propose and execute digital ad strategy across various digital ads platform (Google, FB, etc).
- Plan and setup for all organic and paid campaigns ranging from details targeting to remarketing to ensure the ads is reaching the potential audience.
- Develop and manage budget for project , monitor costs, provide status report on a regular basic.
- Perform analysis and evaluate the overall campaign performance effectiveness.
- Assist in content planning and management across all social media presence with the purpose of building audience connection.
- Monitor the social media performance and prepare monthly review report.
- Stay up-to-date about the social media trend & best practice to keep the team ahead.
- Respond social media inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- To adhere to social media guidelines across all active social media channels.
- Work closely with other relevant department for marketing-related content preparation.
- Facilitate other ad hoc marketing activities.
