任职资格
- Proven experience as a successful Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
岗位职责
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Execute and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to management.
