任职资格

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources and general affairs in manufacturing working environment.
  • Managing payroll processing management and experience in handling payroll software ie. IFlexi, eHRMS and ERP.
  • Experience in handling foreign worker management or related matters.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to direct and supervise.

岗位职责

Human Resource (HR)

  • Responsible to oversee the operations/functions in HR Department in complying with the legal requirements and buyers’ compliances and align with the Company’s strategic Vision and Mission.
  • Responsible for manpower planning including recruitment, employees’ retention and succession planning in the Company and its’ related and/or subsidiary Company.
  • Responsible for industrial relation, liaison with government authorities, be the channel of communication with the employees and/or handling of issues related to grievance and harassments.
  • Responsible to lead and supervise issues related to workers misconducts or disciplinary issues in the Company and its’ related and/or subsidiary Company.
  • Responsible to lead and supervise HR team to ensure fulfillment of assignments, roles and responsibilities in related to HR functions in the Company and its’ related and/or subsidiary Company.
  • Responsible to maintain and improve employee relations, provide support and assistance whenever required, in internal communication and organization of company events.
  • Responsible to meet the departmental objective / KPI / and lead the team to achieve the established goals.
  • Involve in the implementation and improvement for ISO9001 or Quality Management System (QMS) in the Company.
  • Oversee and direct payroll procedures in the Company and its’ related and/or subsidiary Company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations, supervise and coach payroll team
  • Responsible for the recruitment of foreign workers and ensuring that recruitment process is compliance with local and international labor law. Responding to all matters relating to foreign workers. Resolving grievance and provide counselling to foreign workers where required
  • Perform other work, duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and and/or management from time to time.

General Affairs (GA)

  • Responsible for the overall operation/functions in General Affair (GA) section in administering company’s administration/general affairs and complying with the established policies & procedures, legal requirements and buyers’ compliances.
  • Responsible for the administration of reception, company building maintenance and renovation, upkeeps of company vehicles, and IT’s company subsidiaries, if applicable.
  • Responsible for the administration of sourcing for company hostel, negotiation on rental and tenancy agreement, and overseeing the issues related to occupancy in the hostels, hostels upkeep and others.
  • Responsible to lead and supervise GA team to ensure fulfillment of     assignments, roles and responsibilities in related to GA and/or compliance in the Company, its subsidiaries and sub-contractors.
  • Responsible to control and minimize the costs involving in maintenance and upkeeps of Company building and hostels, company vehicles, renovation and/or refurbishment projects.
  • Responsible to meet the departmental objective / KPI / and lead the team to achieve the established goals.
  • Involve in the implementation and improvement for ISO9001 or Quality Management System (QMS) in the Company.
  • Perform other work, duties and responsibilities assigned by the head of department (HOD) and/or management from time to time.
  • Responsible to department cost and departmental budget plan.
  • Comply & conduct Self-audit of the Brand Protection requirement.
  • Responsible to meet the departmental objective / KPI / and lead the team to achieve the established goals.

Lean Manufacturing Culture

  • Responsible to deploy Lean manufacturing concepts in departmental operations, eliminate waste, maximize or value-add Company resources, self-regulate for continual improvement.
  • Assist and/or participate in any Lean initiatives and/or Kaizen project/s undergoing in the department/Company as and when required that aligns with the Company strategic goal to be equitable and sustainable.

Buyer’s Code Of Conduct (COC) & Compliance

  • Total adopt to comply with Buyer's Code of Conduct (COC), Code Leadership Standards (CLS), WRAP principles, C-TPAT requirements and deploy the policies in the operations, monitor and act to ensure full compliance at workplace.
  • Communicate, support and assist the implementation of Company policies that align with the Buyer’s COC and WRAP requirements in fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and promote safe & healthy work environment of the Company.
  • Responsible to protect the safety of employees, contractors and visitors at the workplace, work on identification, prevention and control of hazards and risks leading to occupational accidents, occupational diseases, fires and explosions.
  • Responsible to effectively implement and enforce 6S regularly, inspect to ensure continuous control and availability of marked, clear, lighted, unobstructed emergency evacuation routes with unlocked passage and exit in the event of fire or an emergency evacuation to leave the building for external assembly point.
  • Observe and comply with the environmental rules, regulations and standards applicable in the production and practices to minimize the depletion of natural resources such as papers, water and energy.

Product Safety & Quality

  • Ensure metal detection or metal contamination prevention procedure is adhered to.
  • Support and assist the attainment of Product Quality Standards as required.
