任职资格
- Passionate in meeting people or have a keen interest in doing sales
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory as training and coaching will be provided)
- Possess good work ethics, pleasant personality, proactive and resourceful
- Self-motivated, high determination and possess high interest in the property industry
- Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment
- Able to speak and read English and Bahasa Malaysia well.
- MUST HAVE own transport
- MUST be willing/available to work on weekends & public holidays

- To be actively involved in the selling process of new Residential Projects, Commercial Projects or Sub-Sales properties
- To create appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients
- To ensure consistent follow ups
- To provide good service, build and maintain long-term rapport with existing clients
- To actively participate in company's activities and training
- To be willing to share ideas and being helpful to fellow colleagues
