任职资格
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification, Diploma, Professional Certificate
- Previous experience in retails & outlets is preferable
- Knowledge of jewellery and photography is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Possess basic computer skills such as Internet, Email, Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Optional 5 days or 6 days work package
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays working
岗位职责
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the jewellery and photography products and services offered.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Arrange and showcase jewellery and photography products to attract customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues for complete customer solutions.
- Participate in training to improve knowledge and sales skills.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
