任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin (inclusive letter writing)
- Computer skills - using appropriated computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data
- entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management
- environment, working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google Docs/ Sheets.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Able to communicate with client through phones and messages.
- Able to manage clerical/ paperwork.
- Higher Basic Salary given if able to do poster editing.
岗位职责
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/ external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation a no minuted and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
- Organise workload, set priorities and works within deadlines
- Office working hours of 5 day work week
