Diagnoses, repairs and service multifunction printers/copiers/plotters.
Installing and configuring desktop pc/laptop (hardware/software).
Monitoring and maintaining printer systems and networks.
Providing technical support across the company and customers (this may be on-site or over the phone via remote control).
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Testing new products and applications.
Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
