Full Job Description

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Plan seasonal collection by merchandising mix, pricing and design with given theme and direction;
- Product development inclusive of planning, designing, sourcing, sampling, costing and production;
- Adhere to merchandising schedule and ensure all deadlines are met;
- Follow up and attend to all matters arising during sampling and production;
- Liaise closely with vendors on best cost negotiation as well as ensuring final product quality standard meet requirements;
- Carry out regular market survey or research on latest trend and competitor's performance;
- Study and analyze product performance through system generated reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in Fashion Designing;
- 2 years experience in garments/fashion industry or equivalent;
- Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in fashion design;
- Enthusiastic, creative, decisive with good judgement and strong analytical skills;
- Enjoy meeting people and have good communication and negotiation skill;
- Proficient with design software, especially illustrator, photoshop & etc;
- Unflappable with ability to closely follow a brief to tight timelines;
- A self-motivated team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
