Job responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Responding and attend to customer inquiries and needs promptly to meet their satisfaction.
- Liaise and confer with customers and project engineers to assess equipment needs and determine the system requirements.
- Meet and understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Secure and renew orders including spare parts and services by working closely with operation team on the inventories, payment and delivery.
- Analysing costs and sales. Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the industry or field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin, role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
