Full Job Description

Must possess at least an SPM Certificate or higher
- Make outbound calls to all potential prospects (Leads will be given)
- Good knowledge of financial and banking products will be an advantage
- Banking Industry specialize in Credit Card/ Balance Transfer/ Cash Treats will be an added advantage
- Have confidence speaking in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to external and internal customers
- Able to work in a team
- Preferably computer literate
- Have passion for sales and perseverance when facing challenges
- Enthusiastic toward achieving the target
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service, identifying customer needs and cross-selling/ up-selling Bank's products and services toward customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
