Provide hands-on software & hardware technical support / troubleshooting to re-solve problems of our company product.
Support technician/mechanic in mechanical, hydraulic and DC electrical maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshooting and correct malfunctions in electrical and mechanical on equipment.
To review processes periodically to minimize equipment downtime.
Give technical feedback to management by submitting details field service reports.
Conduct equipment training to customers as and when required.
To assist operation on machine issue and ensure customers' satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with customer in service oriented manner both in person and in writing.
