Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage documents and files.
Handle correspondence and communications, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics like room bookings.
Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support to management and assist with report preparation.
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and managing expense reports.
Greet visitors and manage client inquiries.
Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
Support in planning and executing special projects or events.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
