JOB DESCRIPTION

· To report duty on work daily basis to the Director.

· Conducts toolbox meeting as weekly basis

· To closely monitor company vehicle movement and maintenance.

· · To attend any site visit on site if required.

· · To raise up any issue on site promptly to the Director.

· · To monitor the job performed by the all staffs at branch.

· · To back-up the Human Resourse Dpt, and Finance Dpt work's activity if required.

· · To secure any close out report for project performed if required.

· · To attend the work progress meeting if required.

· · To perform the JOB FREEZE as monthly basis if required.

· · To attend the Technical Meeting.

· · To attend any Management Meeting at our clients premises.

· Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.

· Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.

· Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.

· Collaborates with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.

· Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.

Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by Director
Perform any company presentation at client premise
Explore any new potential market in Southern region area

REQUIREMENT

· Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical/Instrument in Engineering or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred

· At least three years of experience in the branch with at least one year as an assistant branch manager highly preferred.

· Shall be based in Pengerang, Johor

· Serving for Oil & Gas industries, petro-chemical plant etc

· Advantage for those with experience in Instrumentation in oil & gas environment

· Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English

· Proficient in applying any Window of Microsoft Office/Project/Powerpoint, and AUTOCAD applications

Good leadership and management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.

· A good team player and be able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels of personnel

· Possess positive work attitude, ex-static, fast learner, hardworking, able to accept new challenges, responsible, trustworthy and might contribute new ideas for company growth

· Job declared as Permanent

· Possess own transport

· Notice within 2 to 4 weeks

· Salary starting from RM 5,000.00 (based on experiences)
