Manage and execute service and resource allocation. To be the primary contact person for IS team.
To work closely with Customer service to solve site and technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure services are executed on time and completed properly
Monitor progress and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful and smooth servicing flow are carry out by IS. – To develop a serVICE and installation SOP
Monitor and maintain installation and servicing documentation (Site Visit Report , Iremote -Online CEMS Monitoring Report, Service Report , Calibration Certification ) are properly recorded.

2. Technical Expertise:

Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our products and services.
To support IS to handle technical issues
Monitor and keep track of all repair and return products till the product being reinstall back to site.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of technical competence.
Collaboration with all the IS to form an efficient and effective team to resolve any technical problems that arise from every site.
To develop a list of site issues for mothly lesson learn session. To develop an improvement plan and SOP for site installation and servicing jobs.
Upskill our technicians on technical knowledge and efficiency
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Actively participating in the search for solution for any technical issues encounter in project and service

3. Quality Assurance:

Executing all tasks in alignment with company's core values
Ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services through thorough testing and evaluation.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare technical reports, SOP manuals, and user guides to assist clients in utilizing our products effectively.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and project details.
Participate in any ad hoc task being assigned.
