ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be based in the Customer Care Department assisting to carry out key handing over to purchasers upon vacant possession (VP) and joint inspections with purchasers.

To provide customer care and attend to purchasers’ complaints to ensure complaints are handled and resolved effectively and in timely manner.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration or any other related field.
Able to work 6 days per week (including weekends / public holidays).

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM750.00 per month
