Responsible in designing automation process line including the sub-process which involve within the line.
Study process specification as provided by sales team to identify parameters to control and standards to abide.
Design analysis which involve air flow distribution study, heat load and heat distribution study, force analysis, liquid flowrate and pressure study and structural analysis.
Mechanical and electrical components sizing
Process flow chart and P&ID generation
Producing detailed 3D and 2D General Arrangement drawing including its sub-assemblies which also comply with government agency requirement (DOE, DOSH)
Liaising with Mechanical Designer to improve machine design in term of workability and cost saving.
Liaising with Planner in order to stay on top of project schedule
Producing Bill of Quantity and Bill of Material
Communicate with clients for GA drawings and technical specs approval process
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to acquire quotations required to complete the project
3D design library updating in PDM for new component
Produce operation manual and perform post-project review upon project completion
Requirements:

Familiar with AutoCad, Solidworks, ERP & Microsoft Office

Have a strong interest in system design, good learning spirit, willing to take challenges and grow with the company

Preferably 2 years in automation process or relevant experiences, fresh graduate will be considered.

Certificate, Diploma, Degree or Master’s in Mechanical/CAD CAM/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
