• Setting the vision, principles, values, strategic plan and annual business plan of the company, in conjunction with the Board.

• Setting business goals and assigning targets to business units

• Providing effective and inspiring operational leadership by developing a broad and deep knowledge of all business activities

• Delegating responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

• Holding your management team accountable for the delivery of their business plans, commitments, and to ensuring their employees deliver expected results

• Uncovering and securing business opportunities within the current stakeholder market

• Alignment and relationship management with key stakeholders including clients and subcontractors

• Identifying and establishing productive working relationships with relevant government bodies, industry associations and other external stakeholders in a way that enhances the company’s reputation

• Building good rapport with DOE to ensure full compliance with their requirements

• Management of the balance between winning work and the delivery of works at the required quality standard demanded

• Effective and inspiring operational leadership with the capability to continue the scaling of an established and successful business

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in management of industrial operation

• Working knowledge of mineral chemistry

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English

• Experience required in sales management

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial goals

• Experience in dealing with regulators a plus
