Key Activities/Accountabilities

1) Responsible to key in customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

2) To compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

3) To review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

4) Work with Operations to provide status updates to customers on their shipment inquiries or complaints

5) Follow-up on all local outstanding

6) Prepare KPI report for submission to customers as and when required

7) Work with other functions to improve customer experience

8) All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Diploma in any field

2) Familiar with Microsoft Excel, any warehouse management systems.

3) Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Working location:

Berjaya Industrial Park, Seksyen 32 Shah Alam

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
