About the job:

· Interview people at businesses, either in person or by telephone

· Follow set questions in a survey questionnaire

· Record the answers on a survey form or computer

· Keep a record of the interview for review by survey supervisor

Skills and knowledge requirement:

· Knowledge of their interview topic and different interview methods

· Good keyboarding and computer skills

Other requirements:

· Minimum Diploma and above or with survey experience

· Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Malaysian citizens

· Good at listening and talking to people from a range of backgrounds

· Tactful, patient, polite and friendly

· Able to follow instructions

· Pleasant personality with good communication skills

· Accurate and honest when recording information

· Able to keep information private

· Good at planning and organizing

Additional information:

· Survey support services need to be provided at a specific period of time which is from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday)

· Training, work space and equipment (computer and telephone) will be provided

· Job type: short term / temporary support for specific survey work

· Commencement date: As soon as possible prior to successful during interview session

· Office location is nearby Lembah Subang LRT Station (within 10 minutes walking distance)
